Job Description: The Project Superintendent must have the ability to read plans/specifications, operate a computer/tablet/smartphone, and coordinate with onsite General Contractor Superintendents. Responsibilities include jobsite productivity requirements, work coordination, code compliance, safety management, quality control, schedule compliance, company representation and project documentation. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Work with Metal Studs, Drywall, Taping, & Painting • Layout projects • Create & monitor schedules for multiple working crews • Document & brief crew members on daily tasks • Ensure all materials/tools are procured onsite in a timely manner • Administer weekly job safety meetings • Manage budgets and costs • Monitor daily procedures to ensure proper quality is maintained and schedules are being followed • Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner • Create and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers • Coordinate with project managers Experience/Education: • 5-10 years metal stud framing and drywall experience • Driver’s license with clean driving record • High school or equivalent • OSHA 30 (will provide training course if necessary) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Excellent Communication • Motivated Leader • Organization • Problem Solving • Critical Thinking • Planning • Bilingual a plus • Basic computer skills Compensation: • $60,000 - $65,000 per year • Company Vehicle • 401 (K) • Health, Dental, Vision insurance • Paid Vacation Please email resume to [email protected].
