Blue Springs Siding and Windows is currently hiring! We are up and running full speed! We need 5 to 10 new people to fill our Marketing department as soon as possible! We are one of the leading window and siding companies in the mid-west! We have been in business over 20 years strong! This is an entry level position. No experience required. Full paid training! Our Marketing department is responsible for generating the leads our sales reps run. This IS NOT a sales position. Qualifications: -Strong Work Ethic -Great Attitude -Growing Student Mentality -Comfortable talking to 25-30 people a day -Able to Work Outside -Able to walk 4-5 miles a day -No Theft or Violent Felonies on Background -Valid Driver's License is not required but is a plus Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 1pm to 8pm Benefits: -W2 full time employee -Bi-Weekly Pay -Uncapped commission and Bi-Weekly bonuses -Full Paid training -Growth/management opportunities This is an Hourly + Bonus/Commision position: -Average performers are making $15 - $20 p/h -Good performers are making $20 - $25 p/h -Better performers are making $25 - 30$ p/h We will be running interviews until the positions are filled.
