Crawl Space Insulation Removal

Hello, I am looking for one or two people to remove the insulation from my Crawlspace. I will provide bags, gloves, safety masks and glasses. I want the crawl space to look clean when done so looking for attention to detail. Please be comfortable with working in a crawlspace and the access area in not small but probably would not accommodate a very large person FYI Crawlspace is probably 3 feet high so not terrible $25 an hour
