We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for a homeowner association. This position's main duty is to assist with maintenance operations for the community. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full time. Duties involve general maintenance to keep the property in a safe and attractive condition. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of maintenance skills including, but not limited to, pool maintenance (pool certification a plus), drywall repair/painting, light electrical, and wood working. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work unsupervised. We are an established property management company looking for a motivated team player with good technical skills who is organized and detail oriented. Includes physical tasks.
