Laborer/Driver for Small Landscape Operation

I am a 30 year old self employed landscaper seeking a driver/laborer for my small operation. Due to recent circumstances, I have lost my license, which will not be reinstated until mid June. I'm looking for someone 17-30 or so, able-bodied and reliable, with a relatively flexible schedule, which I will be working with. My scheduling of jobs will be mostly based on your availability; weather may play a factor as well. The work is generally part time on a week to week basis, and could start as soon as late March/early April. This is a physically demanding position, and I need someone responsible, fit, and reliable most of all. I will need you to safely operate my 2003 Dodge 1500 and often drive with a small dump trailer (will teach if needed). I will be patient and teach you anything and everything I can. I like to keep things light, and I reward hard work. When I do well, you do well! This is a $15/hr. CASH position. Days will start in the Springfield section of Burlington, near Burlington Township HS. I have some local work but most jobs are located on the shore in Ocean and Monmouth County. We leave the yard between 7-8am depending on job location, so it would be best for us both if you were relatively local. Days will generally be 8-10 hours, plus drive times, so the nature of my work requires that WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE, it is for the ENTIRE WORK DAY. It's a bit much to account for, but that is my unique situation. I care about my work, my customers, people I work with, and take great pride in my work.
