Description
Janitor wanted for cleaning and maintenance of small office building. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details and work independently.
* Cleaning work involves emptying trash, cleaning doors and windows, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning toilets and cleaning sinks.
* Maintenance work involves mowing grass, trimming weeds, picking trash, shoveling snow, painting, moving furniture, changing light bulbs and simple repair work.
Requirements:
* Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, climb a ladder, lift 50 pounds and operate mower and snow thrower.
* Must be able to work safely and follow safety protocols.
* Must be high school graduate or GED.
Applicants will be subject to background check and drug testing.
Work Hours:
Thur & Fri: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sat & Sun: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
