We are looking for experienced P&P contractors who are ready to accept work orders in SUMMIT COUNTY, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, MEDINA COUNTY, STARK COUNTY, ASHTABULA COUNTY, PORTAGE COUNTY, TRUMBULL COUNTY. ***** ABC number is a plus, certificate of General Liability ~~We use Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) to submit photo inspections, and will teach you everything you need to know in order to succeed~~ Work may include but is not limited to: • Lock changing and Board Securing • Posting Notices • Winterizations • Snow removals, Grass cuts • Yard maintenance/ Tree and Overgrowth removal • Curing citations/ violations • Debris removal and Personal property relocation • Gutter cleaning; repairs • Mold removal and remediation . Handyman We are seeking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance department.You will be responsible for all repair duties including, identifying the need for repairs and responding to clients maintenance requests.
