Hi all - I have been ordering meat directly from a local rancher for several years now. Every two months, he delivers to my house in Wales for myself and several neighbors. You can place your own order and pick up at my place, or there are several other drop locations around the Milwaukee Co/Waukesha Co area to pick up from. I have even held onto orders in my chest freezer if folks can't make it at the drop-off time. If you are interested, the next delivery is Friday, February 26th, and orders need to be in by end of day Tuesday, February 23rd. You can get on his mailing list for future drop-offs. He has almost any beef, pork, or chicken product you could want--and the beef is grassfed! All animals are pastured. He delivers with his wife and his marketing is solely through word of mouth. I love being able to support local farmers and knowing where my meat comes from.
