General Contractor Requirements: • General Liability insurance • Workman’s comp (must have, FIRM requirement) Typical scope of work includes: • Mowing • Leaf or bush removal • Weed removal (with weed killer spray) • Edging all driveways and walkways (including gravel driveways) • Limb trimming and tree/stump removal • Grading with clean fill dirt • Seed and Straw • Supply and install plantings (when needed) • Snow removal • Preferred skill, but not required: o Powerwashing o Light punchout skills such as touchup painting and light electrical and plumbing. WE WORK FAST! Initial meeting onsite, pre-construction meeting at our office a few days later, and job starts NEXT DAY!
