Title: Skilled Laborer/Field Coordinator This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join Bold Construction as a Skilled Laborer/Field Technician. The ideal candidate is a reliable, diligent, and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who possesses technical knowledge and strong general repair skills in construction. Duties and responsibilities Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks involving physical labor at construction sites Work and assist with a variety of construction tasks such as operating tools, cleaning job sites, addressing, punch list items, and identifying and reporting issues and/or the need for major repairs Assist with miscellaneous general construction areas and trades, including but not limited to, framing, painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, and flooring Facilitate material check in counts Manage storage building materials and tools inventories Follow construction practices, procedures, and techniques in line with company core values and quality standards Manage time and resources effectively, multitasking and prioritizing to meet established goals and deadlines while maintaining quality control Qualifications Strong handyman and carpentry skills with proven attention to detail Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Dependable, teachable, and hardworking Customer-centric and eager to consistently perform quality work Good physical stamina with ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Proven experience as a general laborer in the construction industry preferably in new construction High school degree and 2+ years experience as a skilled laborer in construction Must pass a background check, drug test and possess a current valid driver's license Company pays 100% health benefits.
