We have an online opinion study with people who have mortgages at: USAA As part of the study we will ask you to SCREENSHARE your laptop/computer and log onto your online MORTGAGE account. We will be navigating around the website looking at aesthetics, ease of navigation, etc. You have complete control over what we see and we will not share any personal /sensitive information.
