LongStreet Property Management Maintenance Tech Job Description LongStreet is a local property management company serving about 145 rental units in the Corvallis/Albany Areas since 1995. This is a job description of our Maintenance Tech position. Skills: Basic plumbing work – leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet fixes etc. Basic electrical work – outlets, switches, light fixtures heaters etc. General repairs Painting Outdoor work – moss removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, fence building, etc. Move in and Move out inspections Working with minimal supervision and instructing other workers as necessary Assessing and providing recommendations for fixes and upgrades Responding to scheduled tenant’s maintenance requests during regular hours Responding to emergency maintenance requests after hours and on weekends Qualifications: On time, efficient and honest Works with integrity, care and takes pride in quality Good communication skills, smart phone savvy Excellent time management and organizational skills Able to work with minimal supervision Own a basic set of hand and electric tools Driver License, valid insurance, own vehicle and a clean driving record Willing to work hard and learn Compensation: $18 / hr $40 / month contribution towards gas and cell phone
