Grounds Manager for Storage Facility

FULL-TIME: Tuesday thru Saturday, 9-6 daily. $20.00 per hour to start, PLUS commissions and bonus programs. Generous medical benefits package and vacation benefits. Bi-lingual in Spanish a definite plus. Experience: At least one-year self storage experience required - please do not apply if not experienced in self storage industry. Grounds Manager Skills Needed and Duties: Great customer service skills Light maintenance, including general cleaning of the storage facility Patrolling site several times a day for safety and cleanliness Pleasant personality Good at working as part of a TEAM to run a clean and efficient storage facility Self-motivated - able to work in a timely manner without supervision Must be able to walk the large facility throughout the day to show units, patrol and perform light maintenance duties. Must have valid driver license, current auto insurance and dependable transportation to go to bank and post office (you will receive mileage reimbursement).
