Immediate opening for an Experienced person to maintain apartments in Riverside, Brookfield and surrounding areas. Must have your own vehicle and tools. Maintenance consists of minor repairs to vacant and rented apartments, drywall repairs, painting, cleaning, clogged drains, leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, etc.. Hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.
