Description
Maintenance person needed for a mobilehome Park in Fontana. Duties include, but are not limited to; cleaning common areas; minor plumbing; changing locks; some landscaping; repairs to rentals; painting; must have knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools; must be able to lift 50 lbs.; repair fencing; repair small equipment motors; safety conscience; must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Monday- Friday - 30 hours per week.
