FMC, a full-service facility maintenance company, is seeking a Floor Waxer to join our team. This work is up to 30 hours per week performing all aspects of hard floor maintenance for our commercial clients spanning King County and areas of Pierce County. JOB TITLE: WAXER RESPONSIBLE TO: JANITORIAL DIVISION MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing the process of floor stripping and refinishing. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Stripping, scrubbing, spray-buffing and waxing resilient floors, and processes are needed to maintain the appearance of the floor. • Work with the Production Manager on a regular basis to schedule floor waxing at Janitorial Accounts.
