Full Time Maintenance position Monday-Friday immediately available for an apartment complex in the Baldwinsville’s area. Duties include: Basic facility maintenance and repairs, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical repair as well as simple grounds keeping. Candidates will participate in general building maintenance repair issues, apartment turn overs including cleaning/repairs A long with regular inspections of both the interior and exterior of the property. Once sufficiently trained, duties will expand to include sharing “on call duties”with the current staff. Along with responding to residents maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
