Location: Atherton Schedule: Full-time Duties: This hands-on Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining & servicing the interior and exterior of two homes that are within minutes of each other. The properties have pools, formal gardens and fountains. This person will clean the exterior furniture, do paint touchups, clean the driveway and walkways, maintain exterior lightening, inspect sump pumps and alarms, maintain appliances, manage AC unit, check toilets for links, fix broken items, maintain landscaping & irrigation system and maintain routine maintenance. This person will assist other staff with needs including running errands and setting up for events. Requirements: Must have experience working on large private properties. Must have references to speak to having similar experience.
