In Home Appliance Technician General Accountabilities · Service and repair household appliances such as microwaves, washers, dryers, and stoves. · Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed. · Observe and examine appliances during operation to detect specific malfunctions. · Refer to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides to diagnose and repair problems. · Replace worn and defective parts. · Reassemble units after repairs are made, making adjustments, cleaning and lubricating parts as needed. Job Duties: Responsibilities: Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products. Maintaining high-quality customer service and care. Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals. Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service. Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience. Job Qualifications/Skills 1-2 years of Appliance Repair experience Great customer service and communication skills. Must have good driving record and valid Drivers License. Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of electrical systems. Need to be self-motivated in this fast-paced environment.
