We are currently looking for a full-time General Laborer at our Grand Bend/Perry Place Apartment community. This position involves turning vacant apartments and preparing for the next resident. The position requires the use of a variety of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will possess basic construction skills, be capable of performing small jobs unassisted, be organized, and know how to effectively communicate with others while keeping a positive attitude.
