Part Time Morning Route Delivery Drivers

I run a prepared meal delivery courier service in the NYC metro area and am looking for part time drivers to consistently deliver in the following areas: NYC/Brooklyn* Long Island / Queens Westchester / Connecticut New Jersey Routes begin at 10pm and must be completed before 6am. This does NOT mean that you will be guaranteed an 8 hour shift; this is strictly the allotted delivery window. *NYC/Brooklyn also has a driver position open for 5am to 8:30am. Again, this is a delivery window and not a guarantee of hours. I am also looking for someone with a larger van who can sort & pickup boxes at the hub in Glen Cove, NY & drop them off to drivers, before starting a route of your own. REQUIREMENTS (all positions): --Must have smartphone with active e-mail, texting, GPS, and the ability to run a courier application. Please be comfortable delivering with light to medium traffic. --Drivers are required to follow delivery instructions and record deliveries via the courier application after each stop is completed. This can include taking a picture of any unattended delivery. --As a 1099 independent contractor, you will drive your own vehicle and are responsible for your own fuel. Tolls will be reimbursed if required for the route. Compensation is based on a per box rate. The number of boxes you are required to deliver each night will vary and therefore your compensation will vary. This is a part time job best suited for people looking to supplement their existing job and not be a sole source of income. Your services will be needed on a regular basis, so I ask that you are dependable, on time, and have excellent communications skills. Please do not waste my time or yours.
