Lehmann Pool & Spas is hiring for our residential and commercial Construction department and are in need of talented individuals to fill positions listed below ! Lehmann Pool & Spas has been providing the fines quality service and maintenance for swimming pools, spas and water features since 1955. Our construction division specializes in the design and construction of custom in-ground Gunite swimming pools, spas, and water features. We also provide renovations services for existing in-ground swimming pools, spas, and water features. Our specialty is cutting edge technology. BASIC DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONS: These positions are hands on. You must be physically fit and have no health issues that would prevent you from performing the jobs described below. The positions are seasonal and require mandatory overtime including Saturdays during the spring and fall. If you are looking to work on the cutting edge of the swimming pool industry and have pride in your work, then these positions are for you. CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICE/LABORER: • Good work ethic/ self-motivated/reliable • Clean & professional appearance • Willing to learn & can follow directions • Arrive to work on time • Knowledge of tools • Good Communication Skills • OSHA 10 • LIFT 80 pounds at minumum • Able to use power tools • Monday - Saturday (saturdays required) 40 Hours per week minumum / Plus overtime CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL: • Plumbing experience with PVC pipe • Equipment operation, skid steer/ excavator • Pool and concrete forming • Pool steel & Reinforcing installation and adjustments • Pool coping (pavers and natrual stone) • Pool tile installation (ceramic and glass tile) • Decking installation (paver stones and natural stone) WE OFFER: COMPETITIVE PAY RETIREMENT PLAN PAID HOLIDAYS HEALTH PLAN CONTRIBUTIONS YEARLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES EOE
