DevYap Realty Group, Inc. has experienced an influx of work that they are considering including full time or part time electricians on top of the electrical companies that do contract work for them. DevYap is a property management company that manages over 500,000 square feet of real estate and 40 + commercial and residential tenants of all sizes. Only if you are reliable and can dedicate to a sequence of days or hours can you be considered for the job. DevYap will not hire Electricians who will work only after all there other clients are taken care of. Minimum amount of work load is one full 8 hour day per week (i.e. every Saturday) Work includes hanging new lights, rerunning wire - installing submeters, sub panels, installing outlers, threeway switches, replacing ballasts, etc.
