Harvester (picker of mushrooms) $10.25/hr. Apply at www.montmush.com The primary purpose of this position is to properly harvest mushrooms with the quality of the product in mind. Schedule: Our facility is open 365 days and may includes working holidays and weekends. There is a rotating schedule and between 1 to 2 days off, depending on operational needs. Start time is 6:30 am and the end time is no later than 8 pm, depending on sales requirements. Pay: During your introductory period during your training the rate of pay is $9.00/hr. After a successful introductory period, rate is based off your daily production but at least $9.00/hr. Benefits: We offer vacation, medical insurance, holiday pay, 401K and more. Other Information: The tasks of this position are performed indoors in a temperature of 55-75 degrees Fahrenheit. This position requires frequent kneeling to pick mushrooms at the bottom levels, continuous standing while picking mushrooms from elevated beds while standing on the mushroom picking aid, it also requires continuous reaching, stretching, handling, bending, stooping and pushing and pulling while performing the different tasks associated with essential duties of the job.
