Overview Join a community management company team overseeing an upscale large park. One Source Corporation is currently hiring for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Personnel to manage the overall upkeep of this community. The position is for an on-site grounds keeper and on site maintenance personnel which will report to the on-site supervisor. Responsibilities • Assist maintenance with light tasks that are not skill driven • Removing trash from grounds and assist with weekly trash pickup of member’s sites. • Clean the pool area, including picking up trash, straightening chairs and hosing down the area. • Assist in all other duties as assigned. • Provide technical and project assistance to the team. Help in time management of projects. • Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of Association service requests in a timely and professional manner • Keep the property clean and tidy, including the management office, mail room and community amenities area. • Use your skill set to performing various repairs such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors repairs and other misc repairs. All the above are light work. We do not perform work that requires a permit. Work requiring a permit are forwarded to our construction department. Electrical would be similar to light fixture replacement and plumbing would be similar to minor clogs or fixture swap out. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed. (very few occur) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Maintenance experience required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
