- Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather.
- Consistent worker with reliable transportation.
- Must have working knowledge of hand/power tools.
- Have attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift/move 50+ lbs.
- Zero tolerance drug free workplace.
- Training and benefit potential.
- Full background check required.
- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Mandatory emergency on call with paid over time after 60 days
