My partner and I at Redux Records LLC are currently hiring Packing Operators to work part-time for cash. Job Description The job is simple: we drop a few boxes of vinyl records at your home address with all the necessary supplies (or if you have a car, pick them up at our office). You will then clean and restore them for sale on our online store. The last step would be to leave the boxes outside your house for pick up (or drop them off at our office). We will pay $1.00 per record (we average about 20 processed per hour), plus up to a $40 bonus for a within a slight margin of error, perfect batch. So, the potential hourly wage is upwards of $20. We will explain the job in further detail and train you over Zoom. Job Requirements: Attention to detail and capability for processing each batch from your home in good lighting Proficient at properly packaging and handling fragile items Satisfied working for pay based on the performance of the number of records cleaned with a potential bonus pay based on the quality of work Ability to coordinate weekly availability Ability to meet deadlines Personal Requirements: Being detailed orientated Having a performance work ethic Having a quality over quantity mindset Satisfied with the gig-economy aspect of the job; we expect our Operators to efficiently and effectively package the vinyl and sleeves After every shipment, we are willing to pay up to a $40 bonus for a job well done Please email us if you believe you will excel and be a good fit with our company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
