Responsibilities: Plan and manage construction jobs from start to finish, including hands on wherever needed Provide on time and complete paperwork, reports, and status updates Coordinate Equipment and Construction Crews Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and doing labor as needed Train workers in the proper use of equipment, processes, safety and quality Analyze and resolve work problems Maintain and manage time records, paperwork, safety reports Perform other duties as requested by leadership Education, Skills, Experience Needed: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred 2 years of experience in relevant construction trade such as equipment operator Knowledge of one or more of the following is required: civil construction, underground utilities, traffic control, road paving, or wet utilities. OSHA Competent Person Certified is preferred Commercial Driver’s License A – currently holding or able to obtain within 6 months is required Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be very detail oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions Strong sense of personal responsibility Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first Working Environment: Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination INTRESTED APPLICANTS MUST APPLY ONLINE FOR CONSIDERATION:
