Temporary Construction Laborer

Description

We are looking for a hard working and dependable construction laborer for a site in Lowell, MA. This is a temporary position, for a 6-week initial period, with the potential for the contract to extend further. Previous construction site and carpentry experience preferred, as this position will involve assisting with assembly and small projects. It is important that you are good at following directions, completing assigned tasks and being proactive in looking to see how you can best assist the construction team leaders. Must be conscientious in regard to working safely and following safety protocol. Must be able to work independently, as part of a team, and communicate well in English. Job Duties: Assist with job set-up and cleanup, move and dispose of materials as directed. Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed. Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs. Work Hours: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is also available but not required.
