staircase: tear out walls install posts balusters rails and trim flooring: tear out old carpet remove tack strip install vinyl plank install new stair treads painting: misc touch up experience helpful some tools helpful but not necessary ***this is not a sub job*** job will be hourly with cash paid at the end of each day rails and treads plus all demo.... thursday vinyl.... friday touch ups and completion friday morning dumpster on site. looking for 2 people that can be available all three days thursday 8 to 10 hours friday 8 to 10 hours saturday 4hours looking to start each day at 8am but no later than 9am
