Join Will and Coral of Cured and their amazing Catering Team, led by Chef Paul Dominguez, for a summer evening on the farm. With a menu inspired by all that Colorado has to offer in this most bountiful time of the year, Cured will highlight produce from both the Farmette and other partner farms, butchers, cheesemakers, and salumerias to showcase the finest ingredients with simple, elegant, yet playful presentations. Paired wines and beers from Cured's wine shop will be offered, benefitting Growing Gardens and making for both delicious and charitable complement to an amazing evening on the Farmette. Dinner will be $120 per person with wine pairings offered at an additional cost on-site.
