NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Ten candidates are currently on the ballot to run in the March 30 town election. Twelve candidates originally took out papers, but John Tierney did not return his papers to run for Select Board and incumbent Francis McCarty withdrew from the Housing Authority race. The remaining candidates have until Feb. 25 to withdraw. Incumbents Phil DeCologero and David Torrisi are not running for re-election to the Select Board and School Committee, respectively. The following candidates returned nomination papers.
