Need Place To Practice

We are currently 3-piece looking for place to practice. We have our own equipment (including PA). We are mature adults that take care of business properly. Not flakes. Equipment will come and go with us each time. Need to dial in stage sound. Does not have to be a very big place. I know this is a long shot...thanks for reading. It could be any number of types of places.
