Plumber for an easy job

It should be an easy job. I just don't have the tools. I'm installing a commercial toilet and the pipe after the flushomatic is like 1.5 inches short. I heard it needs a sweat weld..... So I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows how to do this. Thanks.
