First Level Class of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is taught in 4 sessions . The first Two Sessions are on Saturday starting at 2 pm Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level 1 will enable you to treat yourself and others Results of Reiki are decreased stress levels, restoration of the body's natural healing mechanisms, a more positive life outlook and clarity of mind The class will consist of Lecture, 4 Initiations and practice. The first two sessions are Saturday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and the last two sessions on Sunday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
