Ford 6.0 Diesel Mechanic Expert

I have early 2004 Ford 6.0 bus. Cranks but does not start. I have diagnosed to an issues between FICM and PCM, no sync on crank. I've gotten it running by unplugging and re plugging FICM and PCM but no longer successful. Looking for Diesel mechanic very familiar with the infamous Ford 6.0 that can help resolve my problem. Will pay well for results.
