HARLEM, NY — In honor of Black History Month, an Upper Manhattan congressman is hosting an online discussion this week featuring a number of prominent faces from around Harlem. U.S. Rep. Adriano Espaillat will hold the virtual roundtable at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18. It will be livestreamed on Facebook. The participants will include: Kevin "K.B." Bracey, President of Harlem's Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma FraternityHazel N. Dukes, president of the NAACP New York State Conference, member of Community Board 10C. Virginia Fields, former Manhattan Borough President and founder and CEO of the National Black Leadership Commission on HealthRev. Ronald E. Sullivan, pastor of the Christian Parish for Spiritual Renewal Espaillat, a Democrat, has served in Congress since 2017, representing Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood, and parts of the Bronx.
