HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 15,306 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 218 deaths. The state has 372,221 confirmed cases and 7,430 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 33,980 people have been hospitalized to date.
