Take a journey from Congo to Cuba through dance with Pline Mounzeo and Vladimir Espinosa Take a trip from Congo to Cuba through dance with Pline Mounzeo and Vladimir Espinosa. These will be exiting workshops culminating in a class merging both styles. Worshops begin with Pline Mounzeo teaching Congolese on Feb. 28 and March 14. Vladimir Espinosa will teach Afro-Cuban on March 7 and March 21. The final workshop of the series will have BOTH teachers on March 28. Workshops will be held at Living Arts Collective, 410 W. Geer street, Durham NC. The workshops will run in a HYBRID format. Only 10 students per meeting will be allowed in the space. All other participants will be sent zoom link. Everyone in the space will be required to wear a mask at all times and remain 6 ft. apart at all times. All participants in the space must also read and sign Covid check in/release upon entering the space.
