Job Description Do you want to join a company that cares about the work they do, the people they serve, and environment they work in? Technician Spit Shine Gutter Cleaning is recruiting Technicians. This position is responsible for providing exterior home services including gutter cleaning, gutter repair, window washing, siding and roof cleaning, and snow removal. Exterior home services experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate who shows initiative, pride in their work, and a willingness to learn. Primary Job Duties: - Exemplifying the Spit Shine vision - Providing a positive example for team members - Working at height from ladders and rooftops, including steep pitches - Proper use of fall protection equipment and techniques - Gutter cleaning and repair - Window washing - Operating power washers, pumps, and other machines - Proper handling of exterior cleaning chemicals - Snow and ice removal including rooftops Preferred Experience: - Residential and Commercial exterior services - At-Height Work Experience, including use of fall protection equipment - Customer service and interaction - Small engine equipment operation and troubleshooting Requirements: - Valid Alaska Driver’s License - Commitment to safety, excellence, and a positive work environment - Ability to climb ladders, walk, carry, reach, and lift/hold heavy loads We will only consider people who put "I want to work for you" in the subject line.
