SANTA CRUZ, CA — Police say distracted driving and speeding are to blame for a rollover crash in Santa Cruz on Valentine's Day. The crash, which happened in the area of Third Street and Riverside Avenue, ended with a car coming to rest on its side. Photos indicate police shut the affected area of Riverside Avenue down.
