Come join Gene Leonard this Saturday 2/20/21 at Glendale Central Park from 3:30-4:30pm for a relaxing Sound Healing Experience. Cost $25. This Saturday on February 20th, 2021 Gene Leonard will be leading an hour Sound Bath and Sound Healing experience at Glendale Central Park from 3:30-4:30pm partnering with Ashwin Ayurveda and Vedic Yoga from ashwinayurveda.com. Gene Leonard is a Sound Healer, 250 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and NASM certified Personal Trainer. He's really looking forward to meeting you this upcoming Saturday. What is a Sound Bath? A Sound Bath is an acoustic lay down experience that activates the body's natural healing systems and clears the subconscious mind. It is encouraged to bring a blanket, and pillow to allow your body and mind be as comfortable as possible. Through Sound Healing all the vibrations from the instruments will wash away any stress and anything that no longer serves you. Some of the instruments include crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and others. You’ll leave this experience feeling renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Glendale Central Park is located at 216 South Brand Blvd Glendale, CA 91203 and this event will be held this Saturday on February 20th, 2021 outdoors from 3:30-4:30pm. It is encouraged to wear a mask to this event and once we set up for Class if you would like you can remove your mask. Cost for this hour Class is $25.
