By Chris Jennewein, Times of San Diego February 15, 2021 With the Petco Park vaccination super site temporarily closed, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department is offering to vaccinate eligible residents from its own supply. Members of the public who are 65 and older can schedule an appointment online for Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at the Balboa Municipal Gym in Balboa Park or the Malcolm X Library at 5148 Market Street in Chollas View. Both sites will open at 9 a.m. with the last appointment at 1 p.m. Residents seeking a COVID-19 vaccination must bring identification or paperwork showing their date of birth.
