Sklar, Times of San Diego February 15, 2021 The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose Monday for the 25th time in 26 days, increasing two-tenths of a cent to $3.528, its highest amount since March 5. The average price has increased 18.3 cents over the past 26 days, including six-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
