OAK LAWN, IL — We've good news and bad news for all you kids out there. The good news is that in-person classes and school buildings will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 16. The bad news is that a lot of you will have e-learning. Here are schools that canceling in-person classes or canceling classes: AERO - eLearningDist. 125 Atwood Heights - school buildings closed, e-learningDist. 126 Alsip, Hazelcrest, Oak Lawn - school buildings closed, e-learningDist. 123 Oak Lawn-Hometown ADDED: Dist. 122 Ridgeland - school buildings closed; students are on full remote learning ADDED: Dist. 229 - Oak Lawn Community High School, students will be in full remote learning; virtual parent-teacher conferences will proceed as scheduled between 5 p.m. to -8 p.m. ADDED: Dist. 218 Richards, Shepard, Eisenhower - Students will be on full remote learning. No lunch pickup Tuesday.
