This event will be open to everyone that wants to make a difference in the community, with an emphasis towards violence & homelessness. Facebook event: https://fb.me/e/16SSf8swq Momma On a Mission, Inc. is holding our 7th annual signature fundraiser on Saturday, April 3, 2021, 11am - 2pm at Kemp Playground (800 E 10th St, Kansas City, MO 64106) across from reStart on 9th & Harrison. This year will be completely different from the previous years. We will accept donations (monetary and/or items for our #BlessingBags) This is a community walk for the families of homicide victims and violent crimes. We have become united by the violent acts in the streets. We will reunite the community in honor of our loved ones. Our hope is that people in our community will participate in this walk, which has served as our signature annual fundraising event for M.O.M. The event will be open to everyone that wants to make a difference in the community, with an emphasis towards assisting the needs of the families of homicide victims and violent crimes. This year we will focus on handing out #MommaOnMission #BlessingBags that includes our #KansasCityUnsolvedHomicides flyer to people living on the streets. - Bring a bag or wagon to transport #BlessingBags - May need to bring a chair - You may bring donations to be included in #BlessingBags If you are unable to participate and would like to make a donation we have the following options available.
