initiate (i-ˈni-shē-ˌāt) v. “to cause or facilitate the beginning of; to induct into membership; to instruct in the rudiments or principles The TSC Initiate Course is intended to enroll, inspire, and show men a path to their power, so that they become better fathers, sons, brothers, friends, and husbands on their way to becoming the man they always wanted to be. The Courses are a unique environment where Initiates interested in the Sterling Men’s Weekend are exposed to some of the insights and lessons from graduates of the weekend. 4 Week Course Week 1 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm March 2nd Week 2 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm March 9th Week 3 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm March 16th Week 4 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm March 23rd
