Sebago Dock & Lift, a leader in the manufacturing of waterfront assets, is seeking an organized, self-motivated individual with a valid driver’s license and a desire to learn. We are a diverse company offering products and services for both residential and commercial waterfront projects throughout Northern New England. Our diverse job sites are often physically demanding; project examples include installation of pre-manufactured docks, boat lifts and stair systems. This position requires good mechanical aptitude and will include servicing of dock systems, working with a small team, and learning the various aspects of waterfront work within our service region. Depending on experience and interest, this position offers many opportunities for advancement, including the ability to work into a leadership role with a crew of 2-3 people. Responsibilities · Following instructions from crew leaders and supervisors. · Perform physical tasks including lifting/carrying up to 75lb on a daily basis. · Ability to work safely utilizing the proper PPE. · Perform physical tasks in the water. Requirements/Qualifications: · Good mechanical aptitude for product assembly and installation · Basic hand tool knowledge (tape measure, level, ratchet wrench, etc.) · Punctual and reliable · Valid driver’s license · Self-motivated & positive personality Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Paid days off Flexible Schedule 401k after 12 months
