We are a property management company that owns and manages 56 units around the Tri-County area. We have properties as far north as Pontiac, as far south as Lincoln Park and everywhere in between. We are seeking an interior and exterior painter who can also hang new drywall. Most of our projects do not require new drywall to be hung, but some of our renovations projects do. We have found it easier to work with a painter capable of drywalling instead of bringing two separate crews in. This is a MUST - if you cannot hang and install new drywall, please do not reply to this listing. Based on our current volume we should have at least 1-2 projects for you per month. Aside from renovating our current units, tenant turnovers and repairs, we are always actively looking and purchasing new properties that will need paint work. If we work well together, I'm sure we can keep you fairly busy in the near future as we are on track to acquire additional 60-70 units during 2021. To see if we're in the same ball park, price wise, please let us know in your email what you typically charge to paint a 1 bed, 1 bath 650 sq ft. apartment with no big wall repairs outside of normal wear and tear and some nail hooks here and there. All walls, ceiling, doors and trim would be the same color. Please include paint cost in your quote. Please include your name, phone number, and company name in your reply. It's a plus if you can install doors, base trim/door casing, replace light fixtures, hang window treatments & replace plumbing fixtures. Payment: We will have you quote each job and we will pay by the job. We can put up to 25% down up front, do a phone sale for materials (if needed) and pay the rest at job completion. We pay in the form of check to your company name, we cannot make payment to a personal name. We can also make electronic payment if you have a Square Account, Credit Card Processing Account or CashApp. We cannot pay cash.
