We are a property management company that owns and manages 56 units around the Tri-County area. We have properties as far north as Pontiac, as far south as Lincoln Park and everywhere in between. We are seeking a contractor that we can start using on a regular basis for exterior door and window install. Projects could range from a single door or window replacement, or as large as 12 doors and 120 windows during a large renovation. Ideally we would like to work with someone who is comfortable buying the doors and windows from Menards or another similarly priced store and agreeing on a general install price per door and window. If you have the ability to replace the interior and/or exterior door casing, this would be a plus. Some exterior door trim may include aluminum. We currently need 4 exterior doors swapped out between 2 different buildings in Pontiac. The buildings are a block from each other. To not waste either of our time, please reply to this email with to simple quotes 1. Quote to swapped out a 32" pre-hung, 6 paneled aluminum door. 2. Replacement of one 24x38" window We understand with door install on old homes, you can run into complications, we're okay paying extra for complications you run into. Please just quote a standard price for now. Each job would entail you purchasing and picking up the door from Menards or another store of similar cost, installing the new door and disposing and hauling away of the old door/materials. If you have any other skill sets such as, luxury vinyl plank floor install, plumbing & light fixture install, etc. please include them in your email. At our current pace we should be able to offer you 1-2 jobs per month and would hope to see that increase in the near future as we are looking to double our unit count throughout 2021. Payment: We will have you quote each job and we will pay by the job. We can put up to 25% down up front, do a phone sale for materials (if needed) and pay the rest at job completion. We pay in the form of check to your company name, we cannot make payment to a personal name. We can also make electronic payment if you have a Square Account, Credit Card Processing Account or CashApp. We cannot pay cash.
